Google Music acting up

When I play music on the google music app it used to show the album artwork and the song title etc on the lock screen. My phone no longer does that. It still has the forward/back/play buttons but no information. Anyone else have this problem or know of a fix?

Mine has been doing this sporadically. Usually a reboot fixes it.

Yes, songs that I uploaded to my Google Music from my computer. But it has happened even with songs I've purchased on the Play Music app.

I use Google Play All Access, as well as music I have uploaded to Google Music, and I have been noticing this happens sporadically, as of the last week or so. Mine still shows the controls and song title on the lockscreen but every couple of songs will not have album art displayed. A reboot always fixes it, albeit temporarily for a day or two and then the issue return.
