Galaxy Tab 3 10 - Is there a tool or method to delete pre-loaded Apps that came with the device?

I'm just amazed at this 10 year old device with nearly no support, no upgrades and silly pre-loaded apps that are orphaned from reaching the Samsung site or their provider site.
It would be great to delete several of them like,
- Businessweek+
- ChatOn
- Flipboard
- Hangouts
- Music Hub
- NYTimes
- Play Newstand
- Samsung WatchON
- Google Play Music (no longer a service)
- GMail app, it fails, so I use Chrome to get Gmail on the web
- Samsung Group Play, no longer a service?

At the Google Play Store, I went looking for a new Samsung Apps, but found nothing. What's on the device can not connect.
