Since the last Navigation update my phone does not navigate as well as it did. The screen flashes constantly like it is refreshing too often and the travel times displayed are off. It even has taken me to wrong locations a couple of times, is anyone else having these issues? I am thinking about buying another Garmin for my navigation needs if I can't get this back like it was.

From your question I assume you're probably using Verizon's navigation app. Don't.

Google has spent millions making their maps the absolute best. The navigation features in the Google maps app are second to none.

If it is actually Google maps you're having problems with, uninstall and reinstall the app.

IF you're referring to "Google Maps," you may have accidentally and unknowingly installed a corrupted version. I would try to uninstall/reinstall Maps and see if that fixes your issue.

I am using Google Maps, I just got an update so I will see how this works. If the trouble persists I will try uninstalling and re-installing the app. Thanks.

I've seen a number of people reporting issues with the Google navigation/maps app. If you can't get the current one to work, uninstalling the updates will put it back to the stock version if you want to roll back. Just make sure to de-select the auto update option in Play to keep it from re-updating on you.
