Google Nexus 10 Tablet - WiFi hotspot problem after 4.4 upgrade

Maybe a bit off topic but has anyone had any issues connecting to the internet via T-Mobile when using FoxFi on another device (in my case Nexus 4). For months I've done this with no problems whatsoever. However, right after I upgraded my N4 to 4.4 when I tried to go online via FoxFi I opened up Dolphin Browser like I usually do but this time instead of my homepage coming up I get redirected to TM's login page. After I login in will either take forever to get to the "My T-Mobile" site or when it does get there I can't seem to figure out how to go beyond there.

I know have the same problem after kit kat update. I have used wifi hotspot on my laptop and tablet for over a year. Now my nexus 4 will still have internet but will not allow my laptop or tablet internet even though they both say internet available.
