Anyone know how to get the phone to answer without selecting 1 to answer? I have Google Voice on there, and I don't see a way to get it to answer the phone the normal way.

Yes, I got the same answer when I google'd that but I didn't see any of those options on my Nexus 5.
I don't see a gear on the top as it suggested I would see.
I have 4.4.3 on my phone if that helps.
