Google Nexus 6 exchange email working on gmail

So I just picked up my N6 from ups. And trying to get everything set up.

But I put in all the same server settings as my N5 and can't get gmail to work with my work email.

Any ideas?

Got it working. Uninstalled gmail and reinstalled. Thanks

I initially had issues setting up my pop3 email account in the new Gmail on my Nexus 9. I don't remember changing anything, I just kept trying and then it just worked, kind of weird.

How do you sync a non-Google calendar without the stock email app?

Mine synced. Go to accounts, settings then pick the email account. It gives you the option of everything to sync. Ie, contacts, mail,
