Google Nexus 6 USB otg support?

Re: USB otg support?

I had the new Moto X and a meenova and could not get it to work...loved it on my OPO!
I use it with a USB OTG cable and FAT32 formatted card. The Moto X is a very twitchy phone when it come to accepting microUSB cables.

Also ES File Explorer didn't seem to be able to mount the drive, but "OTG Disk Explorer" or "Nexus OTG" work.

Interesting, because I used ES file explorer.

I have my Nexus 6 right here in front of me and I can't get it to recognize the USB stick. It works great on my OnePlus One, but the Nexus 6 can't see it.

It will work. Go to the Play store and download an app called "Nexus Media importer" This app never worked on my previous nexus devices but it's working now with Lollipop. I also use ES file explorer.

Picked up several of these Motorola OTG cables - they are the best I have used... Hands down

Doh - I cannot post links -- but search Amazon for Motorola 89454N - you really cannot beat it for 5 bucks with Prime..
