Google Nexus 6 Will one model to work on all major carriers??

Re: Will one model to work on all major carriers??

The carrier versions will likely come with whatever carrier customization stuff that's typical. Think the VZW bloat and T-Mobile Wifi calling stuff.. Likely locked to that particular carrier as well. The unlocked version supports all 4 major US carriers though

I hope not. That would mean they would have to make more than one model. With the N5, there was only one sold in NA, even if you bought it through sprint, play store or tmobile, it was unlocked and could work on either network

Re: Will one model to work on all major carriers??

The Nexus 5 for Sprint and Tmobile looked just like the one from Google Play. There was no difference in bands, apps or "bloatware". It was the same Nexus all across the board. Hopefully this one will follow the same script

Pretty much all Verizon phones are unlocked. That actually may be the phone to get.

T-Mobile's announcement said that WiFi calling would be on the Nexus 6 because it was built into Lollipop..... So hopefully that means these phones are void of bloatware...

So the one sold via Google and Moto will definitely work and be able to be activated on all major carriers including sprint? If so than that's the one to get ... Or Verizon's
