Google Nexus 7 Battery Calibration

Hey Guys,

I brought a new google nexus 7 (2013) 32gb tablet today and i was wondering if anyone could go through the steps to calibrate the battery for me? how many times should i calibrate it, I've seen up to 3 times on some sites?
