Google Now acting up...

Just yesterday I was looking on Google Now and nothing was popping up, no cards were being shown. It would sit there trying to load something but never came up. I would also get a pop up saying 'Google would like to use your location' and I would hit 'yes'. It started acting up since the last G+ update in the play store. Is anyone else experiencing this? It seems like a server is down...thanks

Click "Agree."

You need to have location services on (using GPS) to use Google Now.

In other words, your phone needs to know where you are for it to be of any use. If it was working before, this was already enabled. Somehow it became unticked. Just click agree and switch the location settings to "on."

That's the thing, I have hit agree 3 times in the last 24 hours. Something is up. And when I reboot my phone that pop up will show...that has never happened before.
