Google Now giving me the silent treatment

Anybody have any ideas on what is wrong? Everything is working fine with the exception of the talk back.

If somebody tells me to check that my media volume is on they will be kicked in the nuts.

There are steps I followed to make it correct.
1. Switched on Talkback In Accessibility.
2. Say "Ok Google"
3. Turn Off Talkback.
4. Retain your voice model in Search and Now> Voice.
You are good to go!
Its illogical but it works!
