You're supposed to install it over an aosp rom, but I installed mine through CWM just like the directions said and it works just fine. There are only a few bugs where some links won't work so I plan on flashing koa aokp tonight. If you followed the directions then I'm not sure why it's not working.

Well that's incorrect because they said it can be installed on any ics stock rom in which I am running stock.216

Go back and look for the instructions for ARMv7 devices.

I linked you right to the ARMv7 instructions. Are you even rooted? If you don't know how to even get CWM then honestly you shouldn't even be trying to do this... Doing things you don't know is how you brick your device.
You need razr ics bootstrap to boot into recovery. Idk if you can use safestrap, as I haven't tried using it.

Stay away from rom manager. It does more harm than good. Like I said you need bootstrap to get CWM. I though everyone knew that, download matts 1.81 utility and install bootstrap with it. You can't install Google now with the stock recovery. Read the thread I linked to. If you want offline support then download the offline one, if not then the other one is fine. Use bootstrap to boot into cwm and install the file you put on your sd card.

I'm not sure what to tell you. You shouldn't be changing things on your phone if you don't know what you're doing. Very bad things can happen. You're gonna have to find a way to get back to stock. But this is where my help ends, cause you haven't hardly listened to anything I've saidm
