Google Now Launcher Question

Okay, so I love the Google Now launcher. One hiccup I am having however. Is that I'm unable to get to my recording camera while going through my actual camera via the preinstalled one from HTC. I have an HTC One M7. I hope someone can help!

Are you sure it's a launcher problem, not just an inherent function of the phone?

If it is, try a different launcher. (I've seen the GN launcher - I use Nova and GN doesn't do anything for me.)
