Google Now Launcher update still not available?

I still haven't had the Google Now Launcher update that was released on the 13th as well as the other one last week with the new weather cards. Why? Is there a country/device/language limitation? I'm using a Moto X Play in French Canadian.

The update is beta AND it comes from the Google App
