Google now launcher

I just got the Google search update, where in the hell is the new launcher. I can't find it anywhere in settings! Any help would be great!

I updated mine, and I just get normal Google now. Ehh ohh well

Some clarification on this new launcher business. There should be nothing new about the launcher for Nexus 5 users. The new launcher part being discussed in for other devices with Kit Kat installed to give it a more Nexus 5 like experience.
