Google now vs s voice

Everytime I use Google now it doesn't register with my bluetooth headset. I hit the button and it launches but it doesn't retrieve audio from the headset rather from the phones mic.

I read this post wondering what problem people could have with S Voice. Mine works great! I'm starting to think it's the Bluetooth headset you use. I use a Blue Parrot headset( Truck Driver at Ups). The headset has the best noise cancelling of any headset I have ever tried. S Voice will almost always understand me where Google voice will give me" didn't catch that". Something to note, if you're having trouble with it not hearing a certain contact, go to your contacts and select the one that's giving you trouble. Then in the menu of that specific contact select more, and find phonetic name. Spell it like it sounds, and problem solved. S Voice works as good as Siri to me. It's all in the phone settings.
