Since I am having so many issues with Google pay and wallet,I want find another application/company that i transfer money to a card from my bank account. Looking for something that will allow me to also store all loyalty cards and gift cards.

What device do you have? Maybe Samsung Pay if you have an eligible device. Also, what issues are you having with Android Pay? Perhaps we can help troubleshoot those issues.
