Every Payments account created in my country (Mexico) starts suspended until verification
No one can buy from Play Store until they send real documents to google, can't even use Paypal or redeem gift cards.
On top of all this, nowhere does Google bother to tell you that your account is not able to buy anything, i had to search several help forums until someone posted a link to the account verification form on google payments...
I only got an email telling me of this after 24 hrs and it was because i modified my information on the google payments account (tried switching countries after adding all my credit cards info and failing to complete any purchase), so i could possibly never received this email if had i not made any changes
This is the worst BS i ve seen on an online retailer, the purpose of Paypal is to avoid giving all my data to the website i am buying on, i ve used paypal with success everywhere from obscure chinesse knock offs resellers to the Steam and Microsoft stores....
and giftcards.... they are damn gifts why can't people even use giftcards for god's sake. Does it make sense you need to have a damned Bank Account Information and Driver License and then you still need to send copies of those documents to google and hope they give you the OK to claim a giftcard?
This is the first and last time i attempt at buying anything on Playstore. Screw google payments, I will now raise the black flag and sail the high seas plundering everything without remorse.
