Google personal dictionary missing!

As much as I really love this phone, I had to install the Google Now launcher and disable as much of the AT&T crapware as possible.
But the Google personal dictionary is nowhere to be found. Yes, I'm using the latest upgrade to the Google keyboard, the one that promises to be able to transfer the personal dictionary to other devices.
Does anyone know of there's a fix to this problem? Help!

When you go in to the Google Keyboard settings, is there no personal dictionary option?

To install or delete keyboard dictionaries, follow these steps:

Open the Settings menu on your device.
Under "Personal," touch Language & input.
Under "Keyboard & input methods," touch the Settings icon next to "Google Keyboard."
Touch Text correction.
Touch Add-on dictionaries.
You'll see dictionaries for other languages that you can download to your device or that you've already downloaded. Touch the dictionary you want, then touch Install.
To delete a dictionary that's installed, touch it and touch Delete.
