Google Phone app

I noticed an update to this app, but I can not find it on the Pixel 7. It looks like it does a lot to help you screen bad calls but it is not clear how to use it.

My Pixel 7 is unlocked with AT&T as my carrier, and seems to work perfectly with AT&T.

Where is this app located, and how is it used on the Pixel 7.

Tap the Phone Icon.
You're now in the Phone app!
Tap the 3 dot sandwich icon on the upper right.
Tap "Settings"
Tap "Spam and Call Screen"
Tap "Call Screen" for all the call screening options.

If you don't have it as a shortcut on your homescreen (which would be unusual), then can you see it in the App Drawer? It should be listed alphabetically.
