Google photos duplicated since update.

On Tmobile.
Since the update this morning, Google photos is re-backing up all the photos! I now have two copies of everything since August. I stopped the auto backup for now. Any help?

It appears to no longer be an issue. Google Photos was also very glitchy for about an hour. Strange.

Glad to hear it cleared up. Were you actually seeing the duplicates in your Google Photos cloud (i.e., the website on your computer)? Or was it just on the phone?
