Google photos show up as NEGATIVES.

Suddenly, my photos have changed to show as NEGATIVES. This coinsides with the entire system changing to DARK MODE. WHAT'S GOING ON. THANKS,

S5 never had a dark mode that I'm aware of.

I could be wrong but I think you've enabled negative colors. Normally the S5 had a very white interface like other lollipop devices, negative would turn it all black. Meanwhile anything black became white, and it royally messes with colors. Photos end up looking similar to negatives.

Open settings>accessibility>vision>negative colors
