Apparently model and color makes a difference in ship date.

Pixel 2, black, 64 GB. I also ordered nearly the moment the pre-orders went up.

Same here. Charge is back on CC as pending and currently no change on my order screen. Hopefully it'll change today and be shipped at least on time, if not early. But the charge back on my CC is at least progress!

My black Pixel 2 XL 128GB order was charged last night. Have a ship date of 10/17 and delivery date of 10/19-10/20.

My black Pixel 2 64GB order was charged last night. Have a ship date of 10/18 and deliver date of 10/20-10/23.

The option to cancel or change shipping address is gone from both orders.

I haven't checked this thread for awhile. I ordered on 10/4 during the Keynote. I have a ship date of 10/17 and my Google store financing shows a pending charge for the phone. I'm assuming it will ship tomorrow.

I bought a lot of stuff on Oct 4, so my shipping dates are all over the place. I've already received my Pixel XL leather case last week. I have a Pixelbook sleeve that should have shipped Oct 11th but it hasn't. I'm assuming they're waiting until the Pixelbook ships, which isn't until November, which I don't mind.

I read were a lot of you are seeing pending charges, so I guess its beginning. I always enjoy these threads.

I know mostly everyone who ordered early says shipping Oct 17 but you think they might ship later on today? To get ahead of the pack.. wishful thinking I'm guessing

They will ship tomorrow is my guess, also I don't expect to see shipping notices actually going out until late tomorrow night. I'm expecting delivery either on Wednesday or Thursday for those who chose the quickest shipping.

But it'll be a nice surprise if they ship today, there is a slight chance since they already charged the cards yesterday night

I had a Google Now card pop up showing my phone order was shipped, the day I ordered it (10/4) - didn't mean it's actually shipped.

Having your card charged doesn't mean it's actually shipped.

When you get your tracking number in an email, it doesn't mean it's actually shipped (only means a shipping label was generated).

When you have your tracking number and looking it up shows that the parcel has actually been tendered to the carrier.... THAT is when it's been shipped.
