Google pixel 3 xl worth buying now

[Android Central Question]

I'm from india and now I'm getting pixel 3 xl and oneplus 7 for same price
I like pixel but I'm worried about 4 gb ram
Because I might not change my phone for next 3 to 4 years
Is pixel future proof

Welcome to Android Central! I'd happily use my 3 XL for another 2-3 years if I had to. I'll probably upgrade to the 4 XL at some point next year, but there's always the possibility of holding out for the eventual 5 XL. I'm comfortable knowing that this phone will get 3 years of updates (including major Android version upgrades).
