Question Google Pixel 8 Trouble using Lookout Mobile security (Lookout life)

Hello all.
Been using Lookout Mobile security for years now (recently re-branded "Lookout Life", in a business move worthy of the TV show "Succession")
I use lookout to track my family members from My mother to my son. As such I liked being able to name my devices after the person who was using them.
Now it seems like I cannot name devices, or change names from the generic "android device". I really liked custom naming and it made it easier.
Anyone have any tips on this niche question?

Haven't used lookout security in years but seeing you mentioned it changed names probably changed features but we see if any members use it to know for sure.
