Still processing! I am getting a little peeved that orders after 10/4 are being sent shipping notifications.
Oh wow. Should of watched unboxings. It came with a USB a to USB c cable and USB a female to USB c adapter. Nice!
Also glad I paid that $19 for overnight shipping when standard shipping is going out overnight anyway.
So the shipping service google uses has about 6 or 8 warehouses. They stage the devices so the shipping cost is cheapest cost for them. I knew mine was going to come out of the depot 40 minutes from me. So I knew not to pay the overnight. But if you don't have a warehouse by you, it possibly could of taken more than one day, if you didn't pay for next day...
Guess I am the lucky one! Ordered Oct 4 and shipped yesterday. Delivered today with free shipping to Southern Cal. 32GB Silver Pixel.FedEx Ground. Awesome feel of phone and PERFECT size (for me). Thanks Google.

Yeah, its not much of an effective pre order if people who ordered days after you are getting shipped and you're not. Who cares about shipping locations, it shouldnt matter. That would annoy me as well.
Yeah, I had no idea and in my case it looks like overnight was a benefit since mine is shipping from IL to TX.
I think this is a valid complaint, but companies (even large ones) rarely have the power to ship "first come first serve." Which also applies to whole shipping speed issue. In the end, it's all just a crap shoot unfortunately.
I ordered from Google on 10/4 and my 32GB Black shipped out today via Fedex Ground from Carol Stream, IL. I'm in a nearby Chicago suburb, so it will be delivered tomorrow. Can't wait!
Yeah im in northern IN and grew up in south burbs. I assume mine will come from Carol Stream
Got mine today around noon. Black 32 GB XL from google. It is sooooo fast and so far battery seems amazing.

Lucky you. Mine has to be signed for. I work nights and missed the delivery today. Called ups and told them to just hold it at the delivery center. I don't want to miss him again tomorrow!

If your order is still showing processing, you might check the instructions in this thread. I found a fedex tracking notification and hope I will get it Friday by 8pm, but my order still shows processing.
