Ordered 11/13. QB XL 128 gb and VS Pixel 32 GB. Ordered was just cancelled. My card info was wrong. Called Verizon. Had to place new order and request a jump the line. If I don't get it I'll just cancel my order. It's not even worth it at this point. The expected ship date right now on the XL is 2/10/17!
Yeah, what's up with that? I ordered my pixel xl 128 QB almost 2 weeks ago at a Verizon store. I paid (or thought I did) the sales tax on the device. Received a receipt and everything. Yesterday they actually put the charges through for the taxes? So for 2 weeks they basically "held" my payment?
Wow, that would be GREAT and surprising, I was originally told it would not even ship until 1/20/17 by the store rep. I did notice that the recent email said that my payment for the sales tax has been accepted and they would update me on a shipping date.

Ordered mine (XL 128GB Quite Black) on 12/10/16 and received the tracking number today. Original ship date was 1/13/17. Surprised to say the least.

That's great news! They seem to have more of the black available than the silver. Ordered the VS XL 128 GB on 12/9 with shipping on 1/13 and it still says processing

I wouldn't be surprised if you get a shipping confirmation soon. Especially when you and I ordered our devices around the same timeframe.

Maybe this is the turning point where supply is slowly catching up with demand.
I hope so. It sure took them long enough. I hope anyone that ordered before me gets confirmation soon, because I didn't jump the line or anything. They really couldn't do a better job of screwing up the phone launch without blowing up the battery.

I guess they were wrong by telling me my delivery date changed to January 20th.
On December 23rd I received a text with order number and FedEx tracking. Order shipped on the 23rd and is scheduled to arrive on Wed Dec 28th
Something must have changed!
It doesn't appear they are shipping in the order the orders were placed and that is BS. How can an order placed on 12-10 ship before one that was placed on 11-22.

My app has been showing almost the exact same thing only I ordered on 11/26. Online my ship date is supposed to be 1/6.
