Well based on how the launch has been handled and people who were supposed to see shipping last week got pushed back to December. It is disgusting. Telling people the night before the date they were supposed to get something that it's now moved out another 5 weeks is totally unacceptable.

My gut tells me I'm gonna get the shaft with penetration and they will pull the same thing on me with an 11/11 ship date that they did to the people with a 10/28 ship date.

My order is now also Pending no charge yet. I Know that they will not charge until the status changes to processing (how it happened with my Google Home Preorder)

I'm just hoping that I'm only a few days away from it shipping. I know it's wishful thinking but I would love to have the device next week just before my birthday.

My Home Preorder went to Pending status on 10/19 and did not start processing until yesterday, granted Google just announced the release date of the Home so I think that's why it might have taken so long to change status. I hope they can get the Pixel preorders out faster since it has already been released.

Other than calling, is there any way to know whether your order was cancelled?

I emailed and a representative informed me of it, while also saying there was an error in their system causing it and to contact my payment method. I used my Google Store financing through Synchrony.

Same. My home is being delivered today. It was pending for about a week. Then processing for a day. My xl just switched to pending.

As of this morning I was in pre order status .. I check right now and it says pending

Hopefully that means going to be shipped soon. My delivery date was supposedly not until 11/18-11/21
