Google play books

I have my Google account activity report sent to me regularly. I don't use Google play books but have the guide book for the nexus 7 on there. That is the only one. So why is that books I got samples of and then deleted still show up on my Google account activity report. How can I get rid of them?

It's part of your activity, so I don't believe you can delete that. Downloading free samples is still a transaction.
