Google Play does not recognize my change of country

I moved from India to United States. But, my Google Play continues to block apps that are available only in US market and shows me prices in Indian Currency.

I have removed Indian cards from google wallet and added US credit cards. But, no help.

How do I get my market to recognize the correct country?
