Google play keeps popping up

Alright so recently I keep having Google play popping up with games like "brave warrior" for me too install when I'm just chilling on my home screen or when I login to my phone. I can't seem to figure it out what's causing it either and I have used air pusher detector. Any suggestions please besides a factory reset.

It's probably not Play but some other app. How are you seeing the notice? In the status bar?

They're full screen like when you open Google play lol.

You can try rebooting in safe mode. That will disable third party apps.
