Google Play Music App Issues

I've recently started getting "not enough memory" messages or simply "Google Play has quit" \
Well, I quit. I'm using a simple music player app that plays whats on my phone and I don't have to get rid of Google's ads and sales pushes anymore. With every update they find more ways to put ads in the way.
