I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. While playing music using Google play music, whenever i use the headphone mic button to pause or double tap to skip the track my lock screen gets messed up. As you can see from the picture its showing both the Google play music and the unlock pattern screen and whenever i try to press anything it flickers between the two making it difficult to do anything including unlocking my nexus. It keeps shifting as shown in one of the pics the pattern unlock if halfway to the bottom of the screen

ohh cool! i didn't know google music got support for a lock screen. i couldn't find any widgets for it! Now i know how it works whenever music is playing lock screen controls appear .. now i've got to find a way how to make album art to work with Google Music.. Album Art Grabber and Cover Art Downloader doesn't seem to work with GMusic it finds album art but Google music player won't display them.. any thought?

I have the same problem on Cyanogenmod RC4. The music simply stopped and the lockscreen control is all messed up! Fix it, Google!

....Why don't you just try another music player? For example winamp, it has also more features than google play music.

Posted from my Nexus 4

Same issue here. It starts flickering when I go the the lock screen. Doesn't do it all the time but it gets annoying.

Ive been having that issue not just with google music, but pocket casts and rdio as well.

Has anyone also noticed that the sound quality over 3G on low and even normal dosent sound that great and clear? on extreme its good, but I dont want to use that much data. it seems spotify and rdio can sound great using low bandwidth, why cant all access?
