Hey guys!
So my Spotify premium 6 months trial is ending this week so I have to make a choice: get a paying subscription for Spotify or Google Play Music (which I've also tried for free).
Normally I would choose Google Play Music hands down for two reasons: first, of course, I'm already using it for my offline music anyway so that's one less app on my phone. But the second and most important thing is that I enjoy the fact that they allow you to shuffle every song available which is great for discovering new music. Spotify doesn't allow that.
On the flip side you need a browser to listen to music on a PC and I never ever connect my personal Google account on my work computer. But given I have my phone with me it's not really an issue.
As for Spotify, it seems to be used a lot more by bands and articles who build lists and such so by getting a GPM account instead I'd be missing out of that kind of thing.
What do you guys think? Google Play Music or Spotify?
