Google play-needs new account??

Like most of you google play took over my market. When I go to open "Play Store" (sounds like it should be at Toys R Us} It says I "must add an account to the device to continue" Then tells me about adding an acct etc. Next screen has a box "already have a google acct"-sign in. Of course I have a google acct so I sigin then it says the acct is already on this phone -"DA" . It makes me create a new one then it says that one is on this phone.
This is either glitched up or I'm just crazy. Any one else getting this??

I guess mine is just wierd. Perhaps I should uninstall and reinstall it.

Wipe the app data from it in the applications menu thats really all I can think of to do

After market app updated you will receive new application. So before install new one you need to accept their policy, TOS, etc.

I think they just move android market in to new all in one web site.
