I haven't tried anything new since earlier and suddenly it appeared. Thanks to everyone for helping earlier today.

Mine hadn't updated either so I just came to the forum to search for a solution. I found this thread, picked up my phone to delete the icon, looked at the phone and HEY! suddenly the Play icon was there and it asked me to agree to the update! I don't know why it took so long but finally here on March 10th it showed up.
