google play problem

Whenever i try downloading fron play syore,it either says my google play has stoppes or it will not respond at all.what do i do?
Im also unsble to put on my browser cookies.

First thing to try would be clearing the app's cache: Settings / Application Manager, scroll all the way to the right so you're in the "All" tab, then scroll down until you find the Play store app. Tap there, then tap on Clear Cache. Tap on Force Close, then go back to your home screen and try again.

If that doesn't work, do the same thing but this time tap Clear Data.

Let us know what happens.

Hi I am having the same problem but mine is Note 2. The Google play app stopped. I have tried what you suggested above but no luck! Any other solutions? My friend also using Note 2 experiencing the same problem today!
