Are Google services down? I can't seem to download an update or new application on either my Nexus 7 or Samsung Galaxy s3.

No problems with me. I am currently downloading Plague Inc. on my M8 and N5 right now.

I found that the Play Store was a bit wonky for a while on my phone and tablet. I Uninstalled the updates and reinstalled and haven't had a problem since then
