Google Play Problems

So I recently deleted my Google Play Store (yes, I'm rooted and have an AT&T Galaxy S4) and reinstalled it as a system app. Now when I go to install some apps, I get error 905. I know that to solve it, you clear all installed updates on Google Play Store, but I can't because I don't have the original Google Play Store (which can uninstall updates), just my .apk system app running v5.8.8 (which cannot uninstall updates). Is there any way to fix this issue so I can uninstall updates to it?? Even telling me the default factory version would help. THANKS!!

Try resetting app preferences. Settings>Apps>menu>reset app preferences. This sometimes helps with Play issues. That might help out as opposed to trying to uninstall updates.

Resetting app preferences won't bring you back to the factory version. It can possibly fix the issue you are having.
