Google play saying I don't have enough memory to install apps due to not enough memory but I do.

1.41G The app I'm trying to install is only 56.18MB. it goes through the download process then starts the install. That is when I get the message that I don't have enough memory.

Weird. I wonder if its an issue with RAM rather than storage (of which you clearly have enough) - RAM is being used by something else in background when it's needed for processing the install? Do you have any utility apps that might help release RAM on your device? Like CCleaner or Avira Optimizer or...?
