google play service is not installing

i have colors mobile of model x65 in which all other apps are installing expect google play service. previously google play service was also runnning in this cell but once is get uninstelled and then now when i try to installed it is not happening... it shows NOT INSTALLED whenever i try to install... can this be fixed ????/
