Hello, i have a Samsung Galaxy S9 and from 2 weeks i have a problem with Google Play Services app which is listed first in battery usage viewer:

I have only default applications + Waze + WhatsApp and Steam. I tried to wipe cache on Google Play Services, i tried to remove my Google Account and add it again, and also i tried factory reset. However, Google Play Services is still the first battery drain.

Is this normal? Can i do something to fix this?
Thank you!

That's a friggin lot. I have never had a Galaxy S phone where the screen or android % are not the highest drain'ers and they are usually around 8% or less. Currently I have an S7, and an S9, and the S9 is so great with the battery life that I almost think it's a mistake. LOL. I'll look at the S9 breakdown tomorrow and report back. My S7 right now is screen-6%, android-5% and google play store-1%. I suggest....start Googling.

Ok, I'm looking at my S9 right now and I see Always on display-13%, cell standby-6%, screen-4%, device idle and android each being at 3%, android OS and google play services each being 1%.

Thank you for reply!

I searched a lot and didn't find a solution yet...
I joined Google Play Services Beta program, i uninstalled Waze, i'm using only WhatsApp, the others apps are only preinstalled ones.
