A55 - Low "announcement" sound

Hi
One problem that I don't know if it's the device (Samsung A55) or Android (15).
When I use either the earbuds or the car system, both via Bluetooth, the "announcement" of the name of the person calling is very low, almost inaudible (everything else, the call, music, etc., is normal).
Is there a way to increase the volume of the "announcement"?

Are you certain the announcement is coming through the Bluetooth device, and not through the phone's speaker itself? (It might seem too low if it's coming through the phone speaker, since you either have the earbuds in your ear or the road noise is making it sound pretty low.)
