Google Play Services Error

Updated to Lollipop then did a FDR. Still getting the following pop up "An application requires an update" Requested by Google Play Services... What?

Click that, then update Google Play service, you have to try several times. Make sure it shows "update", not "open".

Thanks... Took 9 times for update to show up!!!
