Google play services has stopped keeps popping

I was downloading updates updates of apps in the play store when suddenly the message "Google Play services has stopped" keeps popping up.
I tried googling for possible ways to stop it, but mainly I can't up to now because the Force Stop and Uninstall updates cannot be pressed from the Application settings of Google Play Services.

I tried uninstalling then reinstalling play store, but when I open it it's only a white screen too.

What should I do now?

I had Clean Master (lite). After scanning with the inbuilt anti virus I found 1 malware (file creater) Simply delete and problem is solved at least for me.

My suggestion is either use u r antivirus to scan all your phone storage (internnal+external). If that dose not work try Clean Master. You can use either LITE or regular APK.
