Google Play Services missing after system upgrade

[AC Question]

I keep getting messages with apps that no longer run that the app requires Google Play Services which is not supported by by my device. It was supported before the system upgrade. I can't find Google Play Services on my device anymore, but when I try to install, I get message that it is installed....
