My Google play service is taking up alot of space, (up to 2+ GB) and when I clear all data it drops down to around 55ish Mb's then starts filing its way back up to 1-2gbs again. I don't know what's causing this or if it was something I downloaded but its starting to get annoying.

Welcome to Android Central! Check your Google Play Music or Movies to see if they're storing a lot of data locally.

How about photos? Do you have a ton of photos in your Google Photos in the cloud?

This can be tough to figure out, because any app might be using Google Play Services, and there's no easy way to break it down.:-\

I've tried looking in the file manager for Google play services to see what the 2gb is but I can't find it.

Maybe some books or something? Or even a maps perhaps? 2+ GB is very much, this is weird.

That's were I go to clear it to make it go back down to 55mb but search data is at 2mb wearable storage is at 0.00b and it's the data part that goes up to 2gb but actually today it went up to 3.2 because I forgot to clear it...

Try booting into Safe Mode, and then use the phone for a while to see if the Play Services data builds up like that again. If it doesn't, that would suggest that some 3rd party app is indeed the culprit, using Play Services excessively. But the challenge is to figure out which app.

Safe mode will probably still load all Google apps because they're pre-installed. If the problem is a google app, then it might be a good idea to force stop and turn off all google apps, (except google play services), clear the play services cache/data, and then see if it continues to increase data storage. If data storage doesn't increase with all of them off, turn each one back on, one at a time, and monitor play services reaction. Note that not all google apps have the word "google" in them. Apps like Drive, Hangouts, and Maps should also be turned off during troubleshooting.

As B. Diddy mentions, Safe mode troubleshooting is a good idea if its due to a 3rd party app.

I am trying safe mode right now to see if it fills back up will update if it does or doesnt in a day or so

Been almost 24 hours and it seems to have stopped on 135mb but im gonna keep it another day to see if it changes

After keeping it in safe mode for about 3 days it seemed to stop filling up and last night when i turned it off i woke up this morning to it being 900mb so im gonna delete one app at a tine to see if that works

As i was going through my apps choosing what to uninstall i said ill try snapchat because its 467mb and after i uninstalled it i.went to the play store to see how much first instal is, it is 55ish mb so im hoping that was what was causing it gonna let my phone sit and see what happens.
