Google play services update error.

While updating Google play services, I get this error - unknown error code during application install '-15'. I have tried downloading the version 10.2.98 externally and it says App not installed. I have tried clearing cache from play store, framework and play services. Even reset phone. Nothing works. Please help.

Try Uninstall Updates for the Play Store app. Your version of the OS, now old, may be the cause of the trouble.
