Google play services vanished

Google play services disappeared and I had to add my account to have access to play store to download it. A bunch of apps disappeared including anything account related. After years my favorites were wiped out.

How can I fix this

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that Google Play Services was no longer in yourSettings>Apps list? In that menu, tap the Menu button, then Show System.

Try going to Settings>Accounts​, select your Google account, and remove it. Then add it back again.

Usually happens when it's getting update in the background.

I would suggest to wait for a while.
