Google play store internal testing shows item is not available

[Android Central Question]

We published our app on google play store a week before, we found some issue on our app, so that we unpublished that app from google play store.

After that we fixed that issue and uploaded app bundle for internal testing.

successfully uploaded and we copy the web url link and shared to the registered testers.

When we browse the link it shows the app and provide the button to install.

when we tap to install the app, but we are unable to installing that. when we tried to install its shows an alert box with description like below

"This item is not available"

Please guide me what we did mistake here?

Had these testers logged in with their respective Google accounts when they tried to install the app?
